Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
We love snowbirds! Snowbirds can extend their stay until mid-March at the same pro-rated rate.

5 night minimum
$250.00 deposit will be refunded when keys/fobs are returned and condo passes inspection.
11% sales tax not included in rate.
$100 cleaning fee.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

4 chairs & 2 umbrellas included except Nov-Feb.
Wi-Fi available in condo for modest fee.
Maximum of 6 pool passes allowed for all 2 bedroom condos at Silver Beach Towers.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, MUST BE 25 TO RENT CONDO
